California S-Corp Tax Preparer / CPA Needed

I’m looking for an experienced CPA, Enrolled Agent, or tax professional to help with my California S-corporation. I own a small instructional design/consulting business and previously used 1-800Accountant. I’m looking for someone who can review my current setup, make sure everything is being handled correctly, and potentially take over my tax preparation and planning. I need help with: Reviewing my S-corp tax setup and filings Preparing federal and California S-corp tax returns Reviewing my Gusto payroll setup Determining reasonable compensation Properly handling shareholder distributions Reviewing estimated tax payments Making sure prior filings from 1-800Accountant are correct Identifying any tax or bookkeeping issues that need to be corrected Providing basic ongoing tax-planning guidance I use Gusto for payroll and have a separate business bank account. I’m looking for someone who has direct experience working with California single-owner S-corps and can explain things in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way.
