California & Florida Licensed Tax Attorney Needed – Multi-Year Unfiled Taxes & FTB Collection Matter

I am seeking an experienced Tax Attorney licensed in both California and Florida to assist with a complex tax matter involving multiple years of unfiled tax returns, a California Franchise Tax Board collection action, and a Florida business entity. The taxpayer has not filed federal or state tax returns since approximately 2020.
