California Licensed Architect for Permit Plans

I am building a custom single-story home in Chino Hills, California as an Owner-Builder. The architectural design is already 90–95% complete in AutoCAD. The floor plan, site plan, setbacks, room layout, and overall design have already been completed. I am NOT looking for someone to redesign the house. I am looking for a California Licensed Architect who can review the existing plans, make any necessary code revisions, prepare the complete permit-ready construction documents, coordinate all required engineering, and assist through permit approval.
