Summary

We’re looking for a California-licensed architect to assist with architectural review and finalization of a residential project. The plan set is substantially developed, and our drafting team is available to make any revisions needed based on your review and direction. We’re looking for someone who can review the architectural scope, work with us through any final adjustments, and sign/seal the applicable drawings once satisfied with the set. We’d like to start with one project, with the possibility of additional work together if it’s a good fit. Please send your availability and typical fee for this type of project. PDF plans can be provided for review.
