Seeking a reasonably priced, experienced California litigation attorney to represent a company founder in an ongoing AAA arbitration involving corporate governance, founder removal, fiduciary-duty, and shareholder issues, and to handle a related defamation and business-tort action in Los Angeles Superior Court.
