California Real Estate Transaction Coordinator | AI Product Advisor

We’re building an AI transaction assistant for California real estate and want an experienced transaction coordinator to help us understand the work from the inside. You’ll work directly with our product team to map real transaction workflows, test early product concepts, identify exceptions and risks, and help us build something that genuinely supports agents and transaction coordinators. This is a mostly remote advisory role with occasional on-site working sessions in Orange County. Travel time and expenses will be compensated separately. Ideal candidate: - Extensive California residential transaction-coordination experience - Deep knowledge of C.A.R. forms and transaction workflows - Experience with both buyer-side and listing-side transactions - Able to explain edge cases, judgment calls, and what software commonly gets wrong - Located within traveling distance of Orange County Engagement structure: The overall project budget is up to $10,000, structured as a series of paid milestones. We’ll begin with a smaller paid trial so both sides can evaluate the fit before committing to a larger engagement.
