My goal is to begin producing the architectural portion of permit/construction drawing sets in-house for projects such as: * ADUs * Residential additions * Garage conversions * Interior remodels * Small residential construction projects I am **not simply looking for someone to draw one project**. I want to hire someone who can help me create a professional **master SketchUp + LayOut permit drawing system** that I can reuse and modify for future projects. For example: **SketchUp Model → LayOut Scenes/Viewports → Floor Plans → Elevations → Sections → Roof Plans → Details → Permit PDF** The LayOut template should have predefined sheet sizes, title blocks, layers/tags, drawing scales, line weights, fonts, dimensions, symbols and viewport standards.
