California Structural Engineer Needed

We are seeking a structural engineer with strong cold-formed steel experience whom is famiilar with CA Code to complete the structural engineering for 26-unit multifamily development in , California. The project includes multiple one- and two-story building types using cold-formed steel walls, floor framing and roof framing. Existing structural drawings, calculations, FrameCAD reports, geotechnical documents and second-round City of Fresno plan-check comments are available. The foundation design is being changed from slab-on-grade to a raised shallow-foundation/crawl-space system, requiring revisions to the first-floor framing, foundations, load paths and related connections. Scope: Review and reconcile the existing structural documents Complete or revise gravity and lateral calculations Design the raised-floor foundation and first-floor framing Complete CFS walls, headers, shear walls, diaphragms, holdowns and connections Coordinate roof/floor trusses, stairs and landings Respond to remaining City plan-check comments Requirements Significant cold-formed steel experience California multifamily and Seismic Design Category D experience Familiarity with CBC, ASCE 7 and AISI standards Thank You
