By taking on this role, you will be working on a high-volume, high-impact pipeline of cases with massive long-term potential. Job Description We are seeking a driven, articulate, and mission-aligned Legal Case Setter / Outreach Specialist to connect with USA-based law firms, present legal case summaries, and secure legal representation for active cases. Key Responsibilities Outreach & Calling: Call USA-based law firms at least 5 days a week, for 2–3 hours per day, to pitch case summaries and secure legal representation. Case Presentation: Clearly and professionally present structured legal case summaries to attorneys, paralegals, and intake specialists with empathy and conviction. Documentation & Integration: Review and summarize complex legal case files. You may utilize AI tools (such as Gemini or legal tech software) to assist with drafting, and you must seamlessly integrate ongoing notes and case updates provided by management. Pipeline Management & Check-ins: Handle an initial assignment of 1 to 2 active cases, driving them toward a signed representation agreement, with weekly progress updates to review contacted firms and feedback. Compensation & Bonuses Base Payout: $100 USD once legal representation is successfully secured (within the 2-week maximum timeframe) and the official contract with the law firm is signed. Speed Bonus: An additional $100 USD (totaling $200 USD), if you successfully secure representation within 7 days of case assignment. Performance Timeline & Quotas Timeline: You will be given a maximum of 2 weeks from assignment to secure representation for your assigned cases. Volume: There are over 100 cases available in our pipeline (predominantly focused on Healthcare and Civil Rights / Discrimination), offering massive potential for ongoing, long-term work for top performers. Requirements & Qualifications Calling Capability: You MUST have a reliable, high-quality method or VoIP service (e.g., OpenPhone, RingCentral, Skype, etc.) with a stable internet connection to make outbound calls directly to the United States. Language Proficiency: Proficient/Fluent English is strictly required (clear verbal communication and strong professional comprehension). Experience & Passion: Prior experience in legal settings, legal intake, or high-level phone sales/outreach is required. A genuine passion for, or interest in, Human Civil Rights, healthcare advocacy, or social justice is a major plus. Confidentiality & Tech-Savvy: Due to the sensitive nature of Healthcare and Civil/Discrimination cases, strict confidentiality is mandatory. You must also be comfortable utilizing AI tools (like Gemini) to organize, synthesize, and update legal notes dynamically as new details arrive.
