We are hiring a Part-Time On-Camera Content Creator & Product Sales Presenter | Flexible Paid Role | Must be located in Dubai We are looking for energetic on-camera female creators in Dubai to make short product videos for a women’s lifestyle brand. Our products are aimed mainly at women aged 18–35 and can include beauty, skincare, modest fashion, accessories and other products that are easy to demonstrate visually. This role combines content creation, product demonstration and on-camera selling. You should understand TikTok and Instagram Reels and know how to make videos that feel natural, relevant and create buying interest. This can be a good fit for a university student, someone starting a career in content creation or social media, or someone with a background in sales, retail, customer-facing roles or product demonstrations who is confident on camera and wants to move into content creation. You do not need a large following or previous influencer experience. What you need to be good at: Confident and natural on camera Clear, easy-to-understand English. Arabic is a big advantage Comfortable demonstrating, wearing or using women-focused products where relevant Presenting and selling products naturally without sounding scripted Coming up with hooks, concepts and simple scripts Turning one product into several different video angles Understanding TikTok/Reels formats, pacing and trends Shooting good vertical video on a phone Editing finished 10–60 second videos in CapCut or similar Posting finished content on our TikTok and Instagram accounts Looking at results and improving the next batch Working independently without needing every idea, script and shot prepared for you Big advantages: Experience in sales, retail or other customer-facing roles E-commerce or product-focused content experience Live selling or product demonstration experience Arabic speaking Experience creating content for audiences in the UAE Paid test and ongoing work: Promising applicants start with a small AED 50–100 paid skills test using one product. The test involves developing several concepts and producing a short batch of approximately 5–10 finished videos/content variations. Full details are provided to shortlisted applicants. Strong candidates can move into ongoing flexible paid work. Typical monthly scope is 1–4 shooting sessions and approximately 30–100 finished short videos/content variations per month, depending on the agreed workload. Monthly budget: AED 250–1,000, depending on output, shooting frequency, quality and results. The exact scope and payment are agreed in advance. Published content is evaluated using real results such as views, watch performance, engagement, buying questions, DMs and sales. Creators who perform well and improve based on results can receive more work and potential performance bonuses. Strong presenters may also be selected for future paid Live-host roles. No visa sponsorship is provided. Applicants must already be UAE residents and be eligible to work under an appropriate work permit, work-card or freelance arrangement.
