We're a software company in the job-site documentation / project-management space — an app used by contractors and trades businesses for photos, projects, daily logs, reports, and team management. We're building a polished library of training videos that teach new customers how to use the product, feature by feature. We already have a very specific style in mind, and we'll share reference examples of exactly the look, feel, and format we want. Your job is to match that style closely and keep it consistent across every video. HOW THIS STARTS — A PAID TEST (FIRST 2 VIDEOS) This posting is a paid test for the first 2 videos. We'll commission 2 videos to start so we can see your on-camera style and how closely you match our reference examples. If they're great — and we're hoping they are — we'll agree a per-video rate with you and roll out the rest of the library (15+ videos to start, with steady ongoing work very likely). So this is a small test, but it's the doorway to an ongoing series for the right person. THIS IS AN ON-CAMERA ROLE — NOT A VOICEOVER We want a real, friendly person on screen. You appear on camera (Loom-style, with your webcam visible) and walk the viewer through the app while talking to them — like a personable expert showing them the ropes. Warm, natural, and engaging, NOT a faceless voiceover. Male or female makes no difference to us; what matters is that you're confident, clear, and likeable on camera. WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER (FOR THE TEST) - 2 short on-camera training videos to start, each covering one feature - You on camera + your screen, recorded on Loom (or similar) - Clear, confident delivery in fluent, natural North-American English - Clean recordings — no dead air, no "umm," no fumbling around the UI - A style that closely matches the reference examples we provide WHAT WE PROVIDE - Reference examples showing the exact style and format we want you to replicate - A talking-point outline for each video (opening, key points, closing) — you're presenting, not scripting from scratch - A demo login to the live web app so you can record real workflows - Direct access to us for any questions YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU - Are a native or fully fluent English speaker (non-negotiable) - Are comfortable, natural, and likeable on camera — this is the heart of the role - Are genuinely comfortable with software — you pick up a new web app fast and look like you know what you're doing on screen - Have made on-camera training videos, tutorials, course content, or SaaS/how-to videos before - Have a good camera and microphone (clean 1080p video, clean audio, good lighting, tidy background) - Are reliable, organized, and can hold a steady delivery cadence BONUS (NOT REQUIRED) - Background in construction, trades, contracting, or SaaS onboarding - Light editing skill (trimming, captions, simple polish) - Experience publishing to YouTube TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE 1.
