Project Overview We are localizing our company website (pages such as About Us, Privacy Policy, Who We Serve, and similar) from English into Canadian French. Translations are produced by an AI bot and require a skilled proofreader to polish the output to professional, high-impact B2B marketing standard — clear, persuasive, and conversion-oriented — aligned with our Tone of Voice, Style Sheet, and terminology standards. What You'll Do Review and polish AI-generated Canadian French translations of website pages Check grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, terminology, and meaning accuracy Ensure copy sounds natural and professional for a Canadian French-speaking B2B audience Flag recurring translation errors to help improve the AI bot over time Work in Google Sheets and online documents; provide clear inline corrections and comments Meet agreed turnaround deadlines Requirements Native Canadian French speaker Strong English comprehension Proven experience in proofreading, editing, translation, or localization Experience with website, marketing, or business content Comfortable working with AI-generated translations Preferred / Nice to Have Background in B2B marketing, technology, or demand generation Familiarity with legal content (privacy policy, terms of use, etc.) Experience with SEO/AEO and website metadata localization Understanding of conversion-oriented copywriting What We Value We're looking for someone detail-oriented, communicative, and reliable — someone who doesn't just fix errors but thinks about how the copy lands with the reader.
