Canadian Lawyer Needed to Review Nonprofit–For-Profit Agreements & Related-Party Structure
Worldwide
We are seeking an experienced Canadian lawyer, preferably licensed in Ontario, to review a set of agreements governing the relationship between two related organizations: Future Achievers – a Canadian not-for-profit organization Achieve Potential Inc. – a Canadian for-profit corporation The two organizations collaborate on programs, educational content, technology, personnel, administrative resources, and grant-funded initiatives. We have prepared an initial set of agreements internally and are looking for a qualified lawyer to review, identify legal and governance risks, recommend changes, and help ensure the documents are appropriate for an arm's-length/related-party relationship between a nonprofit and a for-profit organization. This is not simply a proofreading assignment. We want someone who can assess whether the overall structure and agreements make sense from a Canadian legal, nonprofit governance, contractual, and related-party perspective.
