Cantonese Online Tutor / Instructor

About the Role I am looking for an experienced Cantonese tutor to provide online 1-on-1 lessons on a regular basis. I am currently a beginner and know only the basics, so I am looking for someone who can help me build a strong foundation and gradually become comfortable speaking and understanding Cantonese. Schedule 1–2 sessions per week Approximately 45–60 minutes per session Online via Zoom, Google Meet, or a similar platform Flexible scheduling, but consistency is preferred What I’m Looking For Native or highly fluent Cantonese speaker Previous experience teaching Cantonese to beginners Able to explain concepts clearly and patiently Can structure lessons around practical, everyday Cantonese Comfortable teaching pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence structure, listening, and conversation Able to adapt lessons based on my progress and learning goals My Current Level Beginner I know some basic Cantonese words and phrases I would like to improve my speaking, listening, pronunciation, and everyday conversational skills I am especially interested in learning natural Cantonese used in real-life conversations, rather than only textbook Cantonese Ideal Tutor The ideal tutor would be someone who can make lessons engaging and practical, correct my pronunciation and grammar, and give me exercises or materials to practice between sessions.
