Canva Designer Needed | Ongoing Work | Strong Design Eye + Fast Turnaround

I'm looking for a Canva designer to become my right-hand person. This is an ongoing opportunity for someone who is highly organized, works quickly, and has a great eye for clean, elevated design. I lead the creative direction for every project. I'll provide the concept, inspiration, existing designs, brand assets, and feedback - you'll execute the work and build on what I've already created. For example, I may create the initial design, and you'll expand the collection by creating matching patterns, mockups, social graphics, additional pages, or coordinating assets while keeping everything cohesive. What You'll Do * Execute designs in Canva only * Build upon existing designs while maintaining the same aesthetic * Follow creative direction and references closely * Organize files and keep projects clean and easy to navigate * Work efficiently with quick turnaround times * Handle ongoing projects as they come in What I'm Looking For * Excellent design eye (typography, spacing, layout, color, composition) * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Fast communicator * Able to work independently once given direction * Canva expert * Comfortable taking feedback and making revisions * Looking for a long-term working relationship Budget I'm looking for someone who offers great value for ongoing work. This is not a one-time project - I'm hoping to find someone I can consistently send work to each week.
