Canva Designer for Luxury Real Estate Templates

I publish five luxury real estate inventory posts per day on Facebook. Each post uses one static vertical photo collage made from professional MLS photography. This is not a carousel, video, social-media ad, or graphic-heavy Realtor post. I need a Canva designer to recreate the clean photo-collage style shown in the attached reference images and turn it into a small library of reusable drag-and-drop templates. The finished system will be used by my virtual assistant. My VA should be able to duplicate a template, insert three to six MLS photographs, adjust the crops, export the image, and finish the entire graphic in less than 10 minutes. Design Direction The property photography must remain the hero. The templates should have: Clean editorial layouts Full-bleed MLS photography Thin white gutters between photographs No text No logos No price No address No decorative graphics No icons No gradients No colored borders No generic Realtor design elements I am not looking for someone to “improve” the examples with branding or additional design. I want the templates to reproduce the simple, photography-first structure shown in the reference images. Templates Required Please create the following reusable Canva layouts. Template 1: Five-Photo Hero Collage Layout: One large horizontal hero photograph across the top Two equal photographs in the middle row Two equal photographs in the bottom row Total: Five photographs This corresponds to the kitchen, pool, living room, exterior, and bathroom example. Template 2: Six-Photo Amenities Collage Layout: One large horizontal photograph across the top Two photographs side by side One large horizontal photograph Two photographs side by side at the bottom Total: Six photographs This layout should work well for: Community amenities Pools Courts Aerials Kitchens Front and rear elevations Template 3: Six-Photo Luxury Estate Collage Layout: One large horizontal hero photograph across the top Two photographs side by side Two photographs side by side One large horizontal photograph across the bottom Total: Six photographs This layout should work well for: Outdoor living Pool Exterior Primary bathroom Dining room Great room Template 4: Three-Photo Stacked Collage Layout: One wide photograph across the top One wide photograph across the middle One wide photograph across the bottom Total: Three photographs Create one version with approximately equal-height photographs. Template 5: Three-Photo Stacked Hero Collage Layout: One wide photograph across the top One larger wide hero photograph in the middle One wide photograph across the bottom Total: Three photographs This layout should work for properties where there are only three exceptional images or where one lifestyle photograph deserves more visual space. Technical Requirements The templates must be created directly in Canva. Each template must include: True Canva photo frames Drag-and-drop image replacement Locked frame positions Consistent white gutters No external photo-editing software required No paid Canva elements unless approved in advance Clearly named templates Clearly named frame positions Easy duplication by a virtual assistant The templates should be optimized for portrait-oriented Facebook feed posts. Please review the dimensions and proportions of the supplied reference images and recommend the best final canvas size. I expect the finished width to be at least 1080 pixels. At minimum, I want a consistent 1080 × 1350 pixel version of each layout. If reproducing the taller reference proportions would perform better on Facebook, explain your recommendation and include those dimensions in your proposal. Cropping Requirements Most MLS photographs will be horizontal. The templates must allow my VA to reposition and crop each image without: Stretching the photograph Distorting architecture Cutting off the main property feature Creating inconsistent gutters Accidentally moving the collage frames The frames should work with common MLS subjects such as: Front elevations Kitchens Great rooms Pools Backyards Primary suites Bathrooms Aerial photographs Community amenities Mountain and golf views Deliverables The completed project must include: Five reusable Canva collage templates Editable Canva template links Locked frame positions and gutters Organized Canva folder Clearly labeled template names One completed sample using supplied property photos for each layout PNG exports of the five completed samples A short written guide explaining how to replace and reposition photographs A brief screen-recorded walkthrough showing my VA how to: Duplicate a template Replace each photograph Reposition the crop Export the final image at full quality All templates and editable rights must be transferred to me at project completion.
