Canva Template Designer for City Guides

I need to create a couple different templates for neighborhood/city guides. These are for digital products that I plan to sell. I have specific sections and placeholders that I want on these templates. I’d like to have one version that’s a bit more condensed and another version that will be able to accommodate more text/lengthier sections. I’m envisioning something clean and modern with icons. I like orange and yellow, black and white, or other light pastel shades as a reference. Please use Canva. I have Canva Premium, so if you do too, that is super helpful (though it’s not a requirement). Fixed Price: $40 TOTAL, one time job, $20 for each template. If you do a really good job and I need more of these in the future, I will keep you in mind. You do not need to be a professional graphic designer to apply. I just want something that's good quality. So if you have Canva experience, but may not have a professional design background, that is okay. Please apply anyway and I'd be willing to see examples of projects you've done in the past, so I can decide whether or not you'd be a fit for this. As long as you can create ORIGINAL work that's good quality and looks nice, I'd love to see your application! :) Required Content/Sections Needed: - City/neighborhood photo placeholder - City name (in a large and fun font) - Recognizing the area (space for a short blurb) - Lifestyle & overall vibe (space for a short blurb) - Some other little details (space for 3 bullet points) - How much does it cost? (space for a short blurb) - Schools (space for a short blurb and/or 6-12 bullet points) - Commuting & road insights (space for a short blurb) - Highways (space for 3-5 bullet points) - Major roadways (space for 5-10 bullet points) - Pro-tip section (space for 1 or 2 of these), ideally on the page where commuting/highways/major roads are listed - Placeholder on the last page for a map or photos, but an easily removable page if needed - Space to put on a copyright symbol/text once I add all the written content on there PS: I’m okay with you modifying other templates or using them as inspiration, but I’m also hoping for something original here. I am good at using Canva and can play around with templates myself, but I’m having a hard time figuring out a cool way to display my information in a neighborhood guide type format. I’m not paying someone here to take an already made template on Canva and make two changes to it, and I most definitely don’t want something AI generated. I want templates tailored to my needs, original, and well thought out. If this is something that you can do, please apply!
