**JOB TITLE** Capital Formation & Strategic Partnerships Advisor | M&A / Private Capital **ABOUT GREEN GORILLA** Green Gorilla Acquisition Partners (GG) is a Miami-based private investment and operating company focused on acquiring, strengthening, and stewarding established founder-led businesses. Our philosophy is simple: **Great acquisitions begin with great relationships.** We are looking for an experienced Capital Formation & Strategic Partnerships Advisor to work directly with our Founder as we build the capital relationships needed to acquire great businesses and grow GG. **THE OBJECTIVE** Help GG build relationships with the right capital and strategic partners. Our focus includes: • Family offices and high-net-worth investors • Private capital and private credit groups • Independent sponsors and co-investment partners • SBA and commercial lenders • Acquisition-finance professionals • Strategic M&A partners We are **not** looking for someone to provide a generic investor list. We want someone who understands capital, relationships, acquisitions, and how to move a conversation from an introduction to a meaningful opportunity. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** • Help develop GG's capital formation strategy • Identify and qualify potential capital partners • Develop strategic introductions and relationships • Help prepare GG for investor and lender conversations • Strengthen our capital positioning and presentation • Build and manage a disciplined capital pipeline • Advise on potential financing structures for acquisitions • Participate in selected capital and partnership conversations with our Founder **WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR** Ideal experience may include: Private Equity | Family Offices | Investment Banking | Commercial/SBA Banking | Private Credit | Wealth Management | M&A | Independent Sponsorship We value someone who: • Understands acquisition financing • Has established relationships within the capital community • Communicates at an executive level • Knows how to build trust • Is proactive and results-oriented • Operates with integrity and professionalism • Thinks long-term **ENGAGEMENT** We will begin with a **90-day fractional engagement**. Estimated commitment: **10–15 hours per week** Our objective during the first 90 days is to establish a strong capital strategy, develop a qualified relationship pipeline, generate meaningful conversations, and determine whether there is a fit for a longer-term relationship with GG. Compensation will be based on experience and scope of work. Any compensation associated with securities or capital introductions must be structured in compliance with applicable securities laws. **HOW TO APPLY** Please keep your proposal clear and focused.
