Career Coach / Workforce Development Instructor

I’m looking for an experienced career coach or workforce development instructor to join my team for an engagement I’m currently closing. I’m especially interested in someone with experience supporting job seekers through career transitions, interviewing, job-search strategy, and adult learning. Experience with workforce boards or dislocated workers is a major plus. Milestone 1: I’ll pay the person selected $120 for agreeing to serve as my backup instructor for the proposal. Milestone 2: If the engagement is awarded, I expect to need 1–2 instructor assistants for up to 10 workshops, approximately 2–4 hours each, paid separately. $100-$120 an hour plus travel paid for. Nice to have: -Up to date on workforce trends -Experience in various industries -Basic AI knowledge -Live instruction experience Engagement is in person and will be in one of the following: Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana.
