US Career Coach and Resume Writer to join our agency ($300-400 per client)

Job - Role name: Career Coach About Us: We are a US based career development agency and we operate fully remote. We’ve been active for 3+ years. Scope: We’re looking for a US based career coach to join our growing career coaching platform. You will be responsible for delivering 2-3 coaching sessions using our frameworks + writing the clients Resume, Cover Letter, and doing LinkedIn optimization. We have a steady pipeline of clients and you will get multiple projects from us each month. Pay and Timeline: - $300 to $400 per client (depends on which program) - The 2-3 coaching session + Resume, CL, LI process takes about 3 weeks - Then you just have to stay active and provide ongoing communication support to clients (not calls, just app chat) Work environment: - Fully Remote - Flexible time, you choose hours but sessions must be coordinated with clients in advance - Comfortable with US timezones Requirements: - Must be an expert in Resume Writing, ATS friendly Resumes, Career Coaching, HR, Recruitment - Must be able to deliver 2-3x coaching sessions (career coaching, interview coaching) following our frameworks - Must have previous experience in Resume Writing and Career Coaching, preferable at similar B2C career agencies - Must be from the US Tools you will be using: - Our custom app (we have our own software) for you to work on for all client operations - Slack for internal team communication - Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Meets, Google Sheets) Deliverables: - 2-3x career and interview coaching sessions (45-60 mins) - Resume(s), Cover letters, and LinkedIn optimization work - Ongoing live chat support Next Steps: - Apply below and attach some Resume samples if you have
