Cartoon-like Book Cover Illustrator

Seeking an illustrator to create a cartoon-like cover for a [CORRECTION!] adult book that presents a novel method of presenting Hebrew (and Arabic) in Roman characters. The design should be colourful and engaging, to capture the essence of the proposal (that the use of Roman characters instead of traditional Hebrew or Arabic ones provides far more freedom in computer applications than sticking to the traditional alphabets that require Unicode compliance and correct handling of bi-directional scripts). Since this is a serious (and sometime convtroversial) topic, the cartoon or whimsical nature of the illustration is meant both to attract attention and to put potential readers at ease that the book material, while serious, is presented in an accessible manner.
