I’m looking for an experienced podcast producer/technical director who can commission the studio, optimize all equipment, and train us to run it ourselves. Equipment already purchased * 3 × Blackmagic Studio Camera 4K Plus G2 * RØDECaster Pro II * 3 × Shure SM7B microphones * Professional lighting * Vibe Board 75” * Dedicated podcast/media room Responsibilities * Configure all equipment * Camera placement and color matching * Audio optimization * Lighting optimization * Cable management recommendations * Recording workflow * Remote guest workflow * Streaming recommendations * Run several test recordings * Train owner and team * Create a simple operating guide Ideal candidate * 5+ years producing video podcasts * Strong Blackmagic experience * Strong RØDECaster experience * Comfortable teaching beginners * Located in Colorado (preferred) * Able to work onsite in Castle Rock This could become an ongoing relationship.
