Summary

I used a list service Fiverr to find and add cell phone numbers for leaders of small companies in USA. I provided the contact list and the service added the cell phones. The quality was good. However, I cannot find that service and tried another here on Upwork. With this 2nd service out of 100 contacts we called 48 had bad cell phone numbers or were main company numbers and not the cell phone numbers. I want to find a list service here on Upwork where I can send the contact list and cell phone numbers are added where the result is good accuracy with the cell phone numbers.
