Change Coordinator- IT Network Infrastructure Projects

Role Summary Responsible for managing project changes and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, governance requirements, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end change management process, including change requests, approvals, and change tracking. * Maintain the change register and ensure compliance with project governance. * Develop and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan and Quality Implementation Plan. * Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project standards and customer requirements. * Track quality issues, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Prepare quality and change management reports for project stakeholders. * Support project acceptance, handover, and final quality sign-off. Skills * ITIL Change Management * Quality Management Systems (QMS) * Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management * Experience with BMC helix , Jira, and Confluence
