2D/3D Character Animator Needed for Kids Animated Series for YouTube (Cel-Shaded / Blender)

I’m looking for a talented character animator to produce Episode 2 of our family-friendly cartoon series, MrBrum TV. The style of our show is 2D character animation built using a 3D software pipeline (cel-shaded / toon-shaded models). Long-Term Growth Opportunity:"We are looking for a dedicated, long-term animation partner to grow alongside our channel. Building a high-retention cartoon series takes patience, clear planning, and precise attention to detail. For the right independent Blender artist who delivers fluid character performance, this isn't just a one-off video—it is an opportunity to lock down ongoing, consistent episodic work as MrBrum TV scales and succeeds on YouTube. If you have the patience and skills to build a premium show frame-by-frame, we want to build this brand with you. Project Scope & Length:One main narrative episode: 6 to 7 minutes long.Plus 7 short marketing clips (cut from the main footage or minor variations).Setting: A fast-paced theme park / roller coaster scene, hallway kitchen, guitar and leaving room .Characters: 2 main characters ,Reusable digital puppets/rigs must be created. Strict Requirements (Do NOT apply if you cannot meet these):100% Manual Animation: All character movements, expressions, and mouth lip-syncing must be done manually by a skilled artist. No automated AI video generators, AI filters, or cheap AI shortcuts. Characters must look smooth and organic, not robotic or glitchy. Full Source File Delivery: Upon final milestone payment, you must deliver all native, raw project source files (including character rigs, 3D assets, textures, and scene files) directly to me. We must own 100% of the working assets.High-Quality Delivery: Final render must be a clean, uncompressed video file (MOV or high-quality MP4) along with separate, high-quality WAV audio tracks for proper editing. We provide the complete ElevenLabs dialogue tracks, sound and script. We are looking for an ongoing partner who can grow with our channel. Please attach a link to your 2D or cel-shaded character animation reel with your proposal. Final video in 4K. Strict Requirements: No AI: 100% manual character animation. No AI tools. No AI filters. No AI glitches. All camera movements must be completely smooth. No shaky or lagging frame transition. Chosen artist must sign our LLC Work-for-Hire agreement before starting. Files: All raw native project source files and reusable character rigs belong to me. You will need to send everything before last payment. Deliver final render file plus separate clean WAV audio tracks. Send a link to your best 2D or cel-shaded character animation reel. Deliverables: Must send all PSD design files, PNG transparent layers, digital character puppets (rigs), and all raw source project files. We own 100% of everything. Before last payment . Payment & Milestone Structure:Total Budget Range: $500.00 – $700.00 Fixed-Price (Paid by Milestones)Milestone 1 (50% — $250.00 to $350.00): Paid after the first half of the episode (the first 3 to 4 minutes of fully animated, blocked, and cel-shaded cartoon footage) is thoroughly reviewed, adjusted, and approved. Milestone 2 (50% — $250.00 to $350.00): Paid ONLY AFTER all digital character puppets (reusable rigs), PSD design files, PNG transparent layers, and raw native Blender project source files are completely delivered, verified, and in our hands. The final master 4K video and the 7 promotional clips must also be received before this final payment is released.
