2D Character Animator for Rive

Summary

We need an experienced 2D character animator to rig a chibi-style mascot character in Rive, including bones, meshes, and weight painting. You will create 5-6 short animations, such as idle, celebrate, and reactions, and wire an interactive state machine that developers can trigger from our app. You will also set up attachment slots so cosmetic items like outfits and glasses can be swapped onto the rig without re-rigging. Deliverables include the editable Rive source file and the .riv export. This project has potential for ongoing full-time work creating new animations and cosmetic items for our gamified education platform.
