3D Character Artist/Animator for Narrative Game

I'm looking for a 3D character artist/animator for an indie narrative game inspired by Ace Attorney, with The Great Ace Attorney as the main reference for art style and animation quality. Character designs will be provided, and I need someone to create stylized, cel-shaded 3D characters, including modeling, texturing, rigging, and game-ready GLB/GLTF export for Godot. Animations should include expressive poses and actions such as idle, talking, thinking, reactions, pointing, desk slams, and character-specific expressions. Characters will mostly be shown from controlled camera angles rather than used as freely controlled third-person characters. I'd like to start with one character to establish the style, rig, animation quality, and pipeline, with potential for ongoing work for a larger cast. Please include relevant stylized/anime 3D examples and a rough estimate for one character, a set of animations, and additional characters once the pipeline is established.
