Character Artwork for Book

I am looking for an artist to design two main characters from my book. The work includes individual illustrations of Character One, individual illustrations of Character Two, and one illustration showing both characters together. Each individual design should clearly establish appearance, clothing, personality, and overall aesthetic, while the combined piece should reflect their chemistry and dynamic. Please provide a fixed-price quote for all three completed illustrations, including the number of revisions and commercial usage rights included. I am looking for a semi-realistic fantasy illustration style with believable anatomy, expressive faces and detailed clothing. The artwork should feel polished and atmospheric, with a romantasy and dark gothic academia influence. Characters will be wearing 'Unifroms" I do not want the characters to look cartoonish, anime-inspired or fully photo-realistic. I would prefer a softly painterly, hand-rendered finish that still feels natural and human-made.
