Character Designer for Pixar-Style Kids' Brand Mascot

I'm building a premium kids' brand for ages 3-6, centered on a character named Bobby Wobby Whiskers... a warm, brave, a little clumsy cat whose glowing eyes and whiskers are his signature feature. Looking for a Pixar-style look, think Sox from Lightyear or Remy from Ratatouille, soft, round, big expressive eyes, huggable, never sharp or scary. I've got a full written character brief (backstory, personality, voice) ready to share. I Need someone who can take that and give me 2-3 concept directions, help me land on one, then build out a proper turnaround sheet, a few expressions, and a simple style guide (colors, how the eye/whisker glow should look).
