AI Chatbot Application for Customer Support

We are looking for an experienced developer to build an AI-powered customer support chatbot application for our business. The chatbot should be able to understand customer questions, provide relevant answers, and assist customers with common support requests. The goal is to create a simple, reliable, and scalable customer-support solution. Requirements Build an AI-powered customer support chatbot. Integrate an LLM/API such as OpenAI, Claude, or a similar AI provider. Allow the chatbot to answer questions based on our business/product information. Implement conversation history/context so the chatbot can understand follow-up questions. Provide a clean and responsive web-based chat interface. Create backend APIs for chatbot communication and business logic. Include basic error handling and fallback responses. Design the application so that knowledge/content can be updated easily. Ensure basic security, authentication, and API protection. Deploy the application to a production environment. Nice to Have Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, PostgreSQL/pgvector, etc. Experience with Spring AI, LangChain, or LangGraph. Experience integrating external APIs. AWS/cloud deployment experience. Experience building customer-support or chatbot applications. Deliverables Fully functional AI customer-support chatbot. Responsive frontend chat interface. Backend APIs and AI integration. Knowledge-base/content integration. Conversation/context handling. Source code with proper project structure. Deployment to the agreed hosting environment.
