I’m looking for an AI Chatbot or Automation Specialist to help optimize communication with my customers on WhatsApp and Instagram for my clothing and accessories business. I’d like to automate and improve: Customer questions about products, sizes, availability, delivery, etc. Lead qualification and product recommendations Follow-ups with customers who haven't completed a purchase FAQ and customer support responses Connecting conversations with my CRM or other tools, if needed I’m looking for someone who can recommend the right AI platform, set it up, customize it for my business, and make sure it works smoothly. Experience with WhatsApp, Instagram, AI chatbots/agents, ManyChat, Make, Zapier, CRM integrations, or similar tools is a big plus. Please send examples of similar projects you’ve implemented and briefly explain what you would recommend for my business.
