A report every morning, unasked: what moved, what is stuck, what needs me. Podcast, end to end. Guest booking, editing in Descript, show notes, distribution to all platforms, rankings tracking, cover art, and clips cut for social. Build. Websites, funnels, SEO, and automations. Live and working, not half-built. AI as the engine. Claude and AI run through all of it. This is the core of the seat, not a bonus line. Client support. You will support delivery for my clients. Their work stays completely separate, separate logins, nothing shared across them, full confidentiality. This is for you if You have run ops or production for a founder juggling several things at once. You chase things down without being told twice. You actually build, edit, and automate with AI, and can prove it. Your written English is clean. You want a long-term seat that grows, not a gig. You are forward facing. Not for you if you need everything spelled out, go quiet when it gets busy, or you are an agency subcontracting this to someone else. This is you doing the work. This is NOT an AI agency role.
