China-Based Manufacturing Contract Lawyer Needed for Disposable Period Underwear Brand We are seeking an experienced Chinese attorney or China-based manufacturing contract lawyer to help draft and review a factory agreement for a disposable period underwear product being produced in China. This contract will be used with a Chinese manufacturer and must protect our brand, product designs, intellectual property, packaging, materials, specifications, quality standards, and production process. The ideal lawyer should have experience with: Manufacturing agreements in China Disposable hygiene products, feminine care, medical/health-related consumer products, or similar categories OEM/ODM factory contracts Intellectual property protection in China NDA / NNN agreements Mold, design, formula, material, and product specification ownership Quality control and product safety requirements Factory confidentiality and non-circumvention protections Product testing, compliance, and documentation requirements Exclusivity or category protection terms Dispute resolution for Chinese manufacturing agreements English and Chinese bilingual contracts Scope of work includes: Drafting a strong manufacturing agreement in both English and Chinese Creating or reviewing an NNN agreement before sharing sensitive product information Protecting our ownership of product designs, packaging, artwork, trademarks, product improvements, molds, tooling, test results, specifications, and future versions Adding clear quality-control standards, inspection rights, defect remedies, delivery timelines, penalties, and refund/replacement terms Making sure the factory cannot copy, sell, manufacture, modify, or share our product concept with another customer Reviewing any existing factory terms and identifying risks Advising on the best dispute resolution structure for enforceability in China Helping us understand what we need to provide to properly protect the brand before production starts We are looking for someone who understands how to structure contracts for a brand that plans to grow nationally and internationally. The goal is to create a contract that protects us from the beginning while allowing us to scale production over time.
