China Business Assistant for AI Company

Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Chinese assistant to help us establish business operations in China. This is a part-time/contract role with potential for growth. Requirements Knowledge of LLM API Gateways and transit stations is highly preferred Chinese ID card holder with a valid +86 phone number Fluent in English and Mandarin (business-level proficiency) Computer literate: Comfortable with Chinese websites, apps, and software Trustworthy and reliable: You'll handle sensitive business communications Available 10-20 hours per week (flexible schedule) Responsibilities 1. Account Registration & Management Register WeChat and QQ accounts for business use Manage account verification processes Handle account security and recovery 2. SMS & Communication Forwarding Forward SMS verification codes to email/Telegram Manage communication channels between China and international teams Translate business communications as needed 3. Business Communication Communicate with Chinese data center providers Handle inquiries from Chinese API gateway providers Participate in WeChat/QQ business groups on our behalf 4.
