China Sourcing Agent for Custom NFC Audio Product

China Sourcing & Product Development Agent – Custom Audio Product We are looking for an experienced China-based sourcing and product development agent to help us turn a custom consumer electronics concept into a working prototype and eventually mass production. The product We are developing a premium home audio device inspired by a vintage record player. Instead of playing traditional vinyl records, the device will use physical decorative discs with NFC/RFID identification. When a specific disc is placed on the device, it should automatically identify the disc and play the corresponding pre-loaded audio track from internal storage. The disc should also rotate during playback to create the physical experience of using a record player. We already have the concept, initial product design and core functionality defined. We need help with Reviewing the concept for manufacturability Finding suitable OEM/ODM manufacturers in China Finding the most cost-effective way to modify an existing audio/record-player platform NFC/RFID integration Internal audio storage and playback Built-in speakers and amplifier Motorized rotating disc mechanism Supplier verification and negotiation Prototype development Communication with factory engineers Quality control Preparing the product for an initial production run We strongly prefer modifying an existing manufacturing platform rather than developing the entire product from scratch. Our first production run would likely be approximately 100 units, followed by larger orders if the product performs well. Ideal candidate We are looking for someone who: Is based in China, preferably Shenzhen/Dongguan/Guangdong Speaks Mandarin and good English Has experience with consumer electronics Has worked with OEM/ODM factories Has experience developing custom hardware products Can communicate directly with engineers Can physically visit and inspect factories when necessary Has experience taking products from concept → prototype → mass production Experience with audio products, NFC/RFID, PCBs or smart consumer electronics is a major advantage.
