Chinese-Speaking Python Expert - China

About the Role We are seeking a Chinese-Speaking Python Expert to support AI model development by reviewing AI-generated Python solutions and Mandarin Chinese explanations. In this remote contract role, you will evaluate code quality, reasoning, and technical accuracy while helping improve next-generation AI systems. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, readability, edge-case handling, and efficiency. Assess and compare AI-generated responses and provide constructive feedback. Create and review Mandarin Chinese (Traditional preferred) prompts and Python coding scenarios. Develop AI training content to improve model performance and reasoning. Identify and annotate common Python error patterns. Communicate technical findings clearly in English. Requirements 1–5 years of experience in Python development, debugging, or code review. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese (Traditional Chinese preferred for Hong Kong). English proficiency at C1 level or above. Strong knowledge of Python 3.x, debugging, data structures, functions, exceptions, and best coding practices. Ability to evaluate code quality, complexity, and correctness consistently. Experience with AI data annotation or AI model evaluation is a plus. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
