Cin7 Core + Xero + A2X Accounting Integration & System Assessment

We are looking for an experienced Cin7 Core consultant with strong accounting and Xero expertise to assess our current setup and help us optimize the integration between Cin7 Core, Xero, and A2X. We currently use Cin7 Core for inventory management, Xero for accounting, and A2X to bring sales information from our different sales channels into Xero. We are transitioning our accounting process in-house and need an expert to review our current configuration, identify gaps or issues, and recommend the most efficient accounting and system setup. The initial engagement would focus on assessment and recommendations, with the possibility of continuing with implementation. Tasks: - Review current Cin7 Core configuration - Review Xero chart of accounts and account mapping - Review Cin7 → Xero integration - Review A2X → Xero configuration - Review how sales/revenue, COGS, inventory and adjustments flow between systems - Identify potential duplicate or missing entries - Determine the appropriate source of truth for each type of transaction - Recommend the optimal system architecture - Provide a clear action plan for implementation
