Cinematic Luxury Real Estate Video Editor (Long Term)

We are looking for 2–3 long-term video editors to join our real estate media team. This is not a high-volume “template editing” position. We already have a production editing team that handles many of our basic videos. We are specifically looking for editors with strong storytelling instincts, cinematic pacing, music timing, and attention to detail — editors who genuinely care about creating polished work consistently over time. Most of our videos are luxury and mid-to-high-end real estate properties. We are looking for editors who can create videos that feel: * cinematic, * emotionally paced, * polished, * clean, * and intentional. We are NOT looking for flashy over-editing, excessive transitions, or social-media gimmicks. The ideal editor understands: * pacing, * rhythm, * music selection, * emotional timing, * shot sequencing, * and restraint. This is long-term recurring work. We are not looking for a one-time freelancer. We are looking to build relationships with editors who want stable, ongoing projects and who take pride in consistency and craftsmanship. Typical workload: * Approximately 1–2 videos per day * Roughly 30 videos/month per editor * Consistent ongoing work Requirements: * Strong Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve skills * Reliable internet and communication * Good English comprehension * Ability to follow brand/style direction * Ability to maintain quality consistently over time * Access to Motion VFX / Pixel Film Studios for Animation Captions & Tracking Features We will supply music for you to work with. We like to implement subtle sound FX as well. This can be supplied to you. IMPORTANT: Please submit: 1. 3–5 examples that BEST represent your storytelling and pacing ability 2.
