Cinematic Scientific Presentation Designer | PowerPoint/Keynote + Motion Graphics

I am looking for a senior presentation designer with motion graphics experience to create a cinematic scientific presentation for a large audience. The presentation will combine research figures, clinical images, charts, treatment-planning screenshots, and 3D content. The goal is a premium medical keynote with clear visual storytelling, strong pacing, and purposeful animation. Complex scientific screenshots must be reconstructed or separated into meaningful layers so that the information appears progressively as I explain it. The animation should improve understanding, not simply add decoration. The preferred workflow is PowerPoint or Keynote for the live presentation, with After Effects used for selected high-impact sequences. The final presentation should remain editable, and important explanatory animations should be click-controlled where possible. We will begin with one paid test slide using an attached research figure about the predictability of aligner tooth movements. The task is to reveal the scale, movement categories, clinical limits, and key conclusion in a clear cinematic sequence, then assemble the complete figure.
