A luxury real-estate investment platform is producing a series of cinematic montages showcasing the Greater Yellowstone Region for our private investor portal. This is the FIRST of an ongoing series, and we are looking for an editor we can rely on for many projects to come. **In addition to confidence in the project and demonstrated know-how, we REQUIRE samples of your work and your preferred software/tools.** Please specifically address: 1. **Know-how / experience** 2. **Samples of comparable work** 3. **Preferred editing software and production workflow** We provide the raw footage — professional drone and ground footage from the Yellowstone region. You turn it into a polished, emotionally compelling **60–90 second cinematic montage** with story-driven pacing, music synchronization, cinematic color grading, sound design, and tasteful on-brand titles. Brand guidelines, fonts, and motion-graphics assets are provided. **What You'll Deliver** • One finished 60–90 second cinematic montage per asset • Web-optimized final exports plus the complete source project file • Professional color grading, audio mixing, sound design, and music synchronization • Captions where appropriate • On-brand titles and lower-thirds using supplied motion assets • Up to 2 revision rounds per asset **What We Need** • Expert-level Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve — tell us which you use • Strong cinematic editing, color grading, and audio mixing skills • A portfolio/reel demonstrating luxury, real-estate, hospitality, travel, or comparable cinematic work • Reliable turnaround • Clear and proactive communication **Nice to Have** • Experience sourcing licensed stock footage when necessary — all outside costs must be pre-approved • Basic After Effects / motion-graphics capability **Budget & Ongoing Engagement** We will begin with **ONE PAID PILOT ASSET**. If the pilot goes well, as we expect, this will develop into an **ongoing series with steady work**.
