Cisco Order Processing & Quoting Support – India, Part-Time / Ad Hoc

We are a U.S.-based technology consulting company looking for a reliable India-based contractor to provide as-needed support for Cisco hardware quoting, order processing, and related administrative tasks. This is not a full-time position. Our order volume is periodic, and we are looking for someone we can rely on when orders or quote requests come in. Some weeks may have little or no work; other periods may require several hours of support. What You’ll Do • Process Cisco hardware quote and order requests • Work with distributor quotes and Cisco BOMs • Prepare clean customer-facing quotes from distributor/OEM pricing • Apply provided pricing or markup instructions accurately • Review SKUs, quantities, pricing, licensing, and order details • Enter and process orders through distributor/vendor portals • Track orders and follow up on status as needed • Maintain basic order and quote documentation • Coordinate with our U.S. team when information or approvals are needed • Assist with other light hardware-sales administrative tasks as needed Ideal Candidate We would strongly prefer someone with prior experience working with: • Cisco hardware and licensing • Cisco CCW or similar quoting processes • TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, or other IT distributors • Hardware BOMs and SKUs • Excel • Purchase orders and order processing • IT reseller, VAR, MSP, or technology distribution environments Accuracy is extremely important. You should be comfortable working independently with pricing, SKUs, quantities, customer information, and order documentation. Working Arrangement This is an India-based, remote, ad hoc contractor role.
