Looking for a California-licensed civil engineer with LADBS experience to review, correct, and finalize an existing grading and drainage plan for a flat 8-townhome project in Los Angeles. The architectural plans, site plan, existing elevations, preliminary grading/drainage plan, and CAD files are already completed. This is not a design-from-scratch project. We need someone to verify the elevations and slopes, correct the drainage layout as needed, and prepare a final permit-ready grading plan.
