Claude AI Agent Developer — HubSpot + WhatsApp Business Lead-Response System (Demo → Build)

Overview I'm building an AI agent that responds to inbound sales leads in minutes, 24/7 — including nights and weekends — for a hospitality/events business. Leads arrive across web forms, Instagram/Facebook, email, and WhatsApp Business, and flow into HubSpot. The agent reads the inbound lead, replies in the brand's voice, qualifies it, and hands a warm, qualified lead to the human sales team. Every response passes a human-approval gate. First deliverable is a working demo that shows this happening end-to-end. If the demo is strong, this becomes an ongoing build. What you'll build (first milestone) A working demo of a Claude-based agent that: Ingests an inbound lead from WhatsApp Business and from HubSpot Responds within ~3 minutes, in a defined brand voice Qualifies the lead (asks for missing info, filters non-fits) Creates/updates the lead in HubSpot with the captured details Routes/hands off to a human at the point of negotiation or booking HARD REQUIREMENTS — do not apply unless you can prove ALL THREE Hands-on experience building agents with Claude (Anthropic) — not just prompting; real agent workflows (tool use / function calling, orchestration). You have built a system that ingests and responds to HubSpot leads — HubSpot API / workflows, contact + deal creation, two-way sync. You have built a system that responds to WhatsApp Business leads — WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API (inbound message handling, automated replies). This is non-negotiable; I've seen this working and I know it's possible. If you cannot show real, shipped work for all three, please don't apply — I will not be able to respond.
