Claude Code Appointment-Setting Tool

What we want Build a simple internal tool operated through Claude Code. This is not SaaS and does not need a polished dashboard. The user should be able to say: "I am going to New York next week. Find 100 founders/CMOs at crypto companies and prepare personalized outreach to book face-to-face meetings." Core workflow • Claude captures city, dates, target industry, titles, company size and number of prospects. • Apollo finds relevant companies and decision-makers. • Claude scores prospects and researches each company/person. • Claude creates a genuinely personalized icebreaker, email and LinkedIn message. • Human reviews and approves prospects/messages. • Approved LinkedIn prospects are pushed to HeyReach. • Approved email prospects are pushed/exported into our existing email outreach workflow. Personalization is the priority We do not want generic AI messages. For each prospect, Claude should look for real signals such as recent funding, launches, partnerships, expansion, media coverage, executive activity, conference participation or relevant market developments. For each prospect, produce: • ICP score (1-5) • Personalization score (1-5) • Reason for targeting • Real personalization trigger/source • Custom icebreaker • Custom email (roughly 60-100 words) • Separate conversational LinkedIn message (roughly 30-60 words) Never invent personalization. If there is not enough reliable information, flag the prospect rather than creating fake context. Technical requirements • Claude Code as the main interface • Apollo API integration • HeyReach API integration for LinkedIn • Integration/export to our existing email outreach workflow • Simple CSV/JSON/SQLite storage is fine • Human approval before outreach • API keys stored securely in environment variables • All source code kept in our private repository Do NOT build • SaaS/customer accounts • Billing • Fancy frontend/dashboard • CRM • Automatic reply agent • Automatic calendar scheduling • Custom email sending infrastructure Acceptance test The MVP is complete when Claude can take a travel + ICP request, find prospects through Apollo, research and personalize them, allow human approval, push approved LinkedIn prospects to HeyReach, and prepare approved Email prospects for our email outreach workflow. When applying • Show relevant Apollo/API automation work. • Show HeyReach or similar outreach integration experience. • Explain how you would create reliable, non-generic personalization. • Explain how you would deliver this within 5-7 days for $1,000 max. • Tell us what you would deliberately leave out of V1. We prefer a fast, practical automation developer with B2B outbound experience over a general web developer.
