Claude Code Setup for Internal Documentation Project

We're a small software consulting company looking for someone experienced with Claude Code to organize our internal documentation and improve our development workflow. We already use Claude regularly, but we'd like someone to properly structure our project so Claude has consistent context across the repository. This is a small starter project. If everything goes well, we'll have additional work involving custom skills and documentation management.
