Claude-Powered Program Ingestion & Auto-Population

PROBLEM: I currently use a claude prompt to build out a 12 week fitness program for my client. I then manually type this program into my web app - but even with phase templates, this is still time consuming and allows for errors to be made. SOLUTION: Have my web-app read a PDF document or JSON file containing all the exercise names, sets, reps, tempo, rest and coach notes for all 12 weeks, and then write the program into the app. I can have claude produce the PDF or an identical structured JSON file for direct app import (whichever you believe is best). My job is to then check the build and approve it. NOTE: There needs to exist the ability for me to still manually edit the program after it is built, in case an exercise needs to be changed in the program later.
