Claude + RankScale API Developer Needed for Automated AI Visibility & Marketing Reporting System

We are a digital marketing agency looking for an experienced AI/automation developer to help us build a custom reporting and monitoring system using RankScale, Claude, and potentially Google Analytics/GA4 and other data sources. Our immediate goal is to create a system that automatically analyzes client performance data and produces a high-quality, white-labeled weekly client report, while also proactively identifying important wins and changes that our account managers should know about. What We Want to Build The initial system would connect: * RankScale * Claude / Anthropic * Potentially Google Analytics / GA4 * Potentially YouTube Analytics and other APIs/data sources RankScale has an API as well as MCP capabilities, and their technical team has indicated that accessing the data programmatically should be relatively straightforward. The more important part of this project is building the intelligence, automation, reporting, and alerting layer around that data. A Major Focus: Reddit + Off-Page Marketing A significant part of our work involves Reddit marketing, along with Quora and other third-party/off-page channels. We want the system to help us understand and communicate the value of this work. For example: * Which Reddit posts are gaining traction? * Which posts have the greatest potential value? * Are posts continuing to grow over time? * Are Reddit, Quora, YouTube, or other third-party pages beginning to appear in AI citations? * Are AI engines citing or mentioning our client’s brand more frequently? * Are particular posts or URLs becoming important sources for AI answers? * Are there meaningful increases in AI visibility, mentions, citations, sentiment, or competitive positioning? * Can we connect these changes back to the marketing work being performed? We don’t just want a dashboard full of numbers. We want Claude to help interpret the data and identify what actually matters. Weekly Client Reporting The system should ultimately generate a polished, white-labeled weekly report for each client. The report might include: * Executive summary * Biggest wins of the week * AI visibility changes * New or growing AI citations * Important Reddit/off-page activity * YouTube performance * Organic traffic/performance where applicable * Week-over-week trends * Competitive movement * Notable opportunities or concerns * Plain-English explanation of why the results matter The reports need to be understandable to a client who is not an SEO or AI expert. Internal Alerts We would also like an internal monitoring/alert system. Rather than waiting until the weekly report, the system should recognize significant events and alert the appropriate account manager. For example: “A Reddit post published for Client X has gained significant visibility and is now being cited by multiple AI engines.” or “Client X’s AI citation visibility increased significantly this week, with Reddit becoming one of the primary third-party sources.” The goal is to allow our account managers to recognize and communicate wins quickly. Longer-Term Opportunity Initially, this will be an internal system that we can roll out cost-effectively across our existing client base. However, we see a much larger opportunity. If the system works well, we may eventually develop it into a more sophisticated platform or potentially a standalone product/service. For that reason, we want the initial architecture to be simple and cost-effective, but also designed intelligently enough that it can expand later. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone with strong experience in: * Claude / Anthropic API * Claude MCP integrations * REST APIs * AI-powered reporting and data analysis * Workflow automation * Google Analytics / GA4 APIs * Ideally YouTube Analytics APIs * Automated reporting/dashboard systems * Prompt engineering for reliable data analysis and summaries * Alerting/notification workflows Experience with SEO, GEO/AEO, AI visibility tracking, Reddit data, social listening, or marketing analytics would be a major plus. You do not necessarily need prior RankScale experience, but you should be comfortable reviewing API documentation and quickly working with a new platform. How We’ll Work Our team will provide access to the necessary platforms and explain the specific client reporting and monitoring requirements. Our team will lead the project internally and be directly involved in shaping reporting, intelligence, and overall direction. We would like to begin with a practical MVP rather than over-engineering the first version. If the initial project goes well, there is significant opportunity for ongoing development as we add clients, data sources, reporting capabilities, and potentially turn this into a larger product.
