Claude AI Trainer & Automation Specialist — 1:1 Employee Training

We are looking for someone who has real hands-on experience with Claude, not someone who has only completed an AI course or watched Claude tutorials. You should have strong practical knowledge of: Claude AI Prompt engineering / prompt design Claude Projects Claude Cowork Claude Connectors / integrations AI workflow automation Microsoft 365 Business email workflows CRM systems Marketing tools Document and file workflows AI productivity use cases Human-in-the-loop approval workflows Experience with mortgage, financial services, lending, real estate, or other regulated industries is a plus, but not required. What We Need From You You should be able to take a business workflow such as: Employee receives information → Claude analyzes it → creates response → employee reviews → manager approves → communication is sent …and show the employee how to implement and use that workflow effectively. You should also be comfortable explaining AI concepts to non-technical business users. The ability to teach is just as important as technical Claude knowledge. Deliverables The selected trainer will work with Raise Networks to: Help us assess the client's current AI knowledge and use cases. Develop a practical Claude AI training approach. Conduct 1:1 training sessions with approximately 12 employees. Demonstrate real business workflows. Teach employees effective prompt-writing techniques. Help employees identify opportunities for automation. Demonstrate appropriate Claude integrations/connectors. Provide reusable prompts/templates where appropriate. Help employees establish practical AI workflows they can continue using after training. Provide Raise Networks with a short summary of training completed, key use cases identified, and recommendations for additional AI opportunities.
