Clean Up Existing Family Crest for High-Quality Printing & Engraving

I have an existing family crest that has been used by my family for generations. I would like to have the existing artwork professionally cleaned up so I have a crisp, extremely high-quality master file that can be used for detailed printing and metal engraving. I am attaching the best image of the crest that I currently have. Preserving the existing design is extremely important to me. I want it to look like the same crest, just professionally cleaned up and reproduced at a much higher quality. The image I currently have is not high enough quality. Some of the lines are blurry, uneven, or pixelated, and some of the smaller detailed areas have lost definition or appear as blobs. I need someone who can carefully clean up these areas so the lines, shapes, and small details are crisp, clean, and clearly defined. The finished artwork needs to: • Remain as faithful as possible to the existing crest • Have very clean, crisp, clearly defined lines and fine details • Correct blurry, pixelated, uneven, or “blobbed” areas • Preserve the original shapes, proportions, details, and character of the artwork • Be suitable for highly detailed professional printing and metal engraving • Be scalable for different uses and sizes without losing clarity • Be provided in the appropriate professional, high-resolution file formats so I can send it directly to printers, engravers, and other third-party vendors I’m not familiar with the technical methods or file formats used for this type of work, so I’m relying on your expertise. My priority is having an extremely high-quality, accurate finished crest that I can send to professional printers and engravers. Please use the method you believe is best and provide the appropriate final files for those uses. If there is anything technical I need to know about using the finished files, I’d appreciate it being explained in straightforward, non-technical terms.
