ClickUp Cleanup & Organization Specialist to Build a Scalable Operations Workspace

We're looking for a detail-oriented ClickUp specialist to clean up, restructure, and organize our existing ClickUp workspace. The goal isn't simply to make ClickUp "look cleaner." We want a workspace that gives our team clear visibility into priorities, projects, responsibilities, and deadlines and can scale as the business grows. What you'll do: Audit our existing ClickUp workspace Clean up outdated/duplicate tasks, lists, folders, and spaces Reorganize Spaces, Folders, Lists, and statuses Create consistent naming conventions Improve task templates and recurring tasks Review custom fields, tags, views, and automations Build dashboards/views for leadership visibility Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements Create a simple SOP/documentation explaining the new structure Recommend additional ClickUp automations where appropriate Ideal candidate: Strong hands-on ClickUp experience Has organized ClickUp for teams/businesses before Understands project and operations management Excellent attention to detail Can identify inefficiencies rather than simply following instructions Comfortable recommending better systems Bonus: Experience integrating ClickUp with Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, Make, or AI tools.
